Maryland Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle resident work orders, perform apartment turnovers, and respond to after-hours emergencies. The role requires basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair skills, plus reliable transportation and your own tools.

2. Apartment Turnovers
3. Emergency on-call maintenance after hours
4. Snow Removal
5. Follow safety procedures while performing duties
