Job summary

Maryland Management Company is seeking a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Technician in Maryland to perform skilled upkeep across our communities. You will handle resident work orders, turnovers, and emergency after-hours calls, with safety as a priority.

HVAC EPA 608 preferred; own tools and reliable transportation required. This full-time, on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and clear career growth into operations and property management.

Qualifications

• HVAC (EPA 608) certification preferred.
• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills required.
• Must have reliable transportation and your own tools.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required after conditional offer.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders.
• Perform apartment turnovers.
• Provide emergency on-call maintenance after hours.
• Snow removal.
• Follow safety procedures and support special projects as assigned.

1. Completion of resident work orders
2. Apartment Turnovers
3. Emergency on-call maintenance after hours
4. Snow Removal
5. Follow safety procedures while performing duties
6. Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• HVAC (EPA 608) certification preferred
• Apartment Maintenance experience preferred
• Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills
• Must have a reliable transportation
• Must have your own tools
• Upon conditional offer, background check and pre-employment drug screening required
