Job summary

Maryland Management Company is seeking a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Technician to service and repair property amenities across Maryland communities. The role requires basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills; reliable transportation and your own tools are essential.

You will handle resident work orders, turnovers, and after-hours emergencies while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• HVAC (EPA 608) certification preferred.
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have your own tools.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required after conditional offer.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders.

2. Apartment Turnovers
3. Emergency on-call maintenance after hours
4. Snow Removal
5. Follow safety procedures while performing duties
