Job summary

Maryland Management Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Jacksonville, FL. You will perform resident work orders, handle apartment turnovers, and provide after-hours emergency maintenance while adhering to safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair skills, with HVAC certification preferred. A valid driver’s license and your own tools are required, and a background check plus drug screening will be conducted.

Qualifications

• HVAC (EPA 608) certification preferred.
• Apartment Maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills.
• Must have a reliable transportation.
• Must have your own tools.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
