Job summary

Cottonwood Residential’s Frisco community seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep units tight, systems running, and the make-ready pipeline moving to sustain occupancy. You’ll handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool and grounds, and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation with support from the Service Manager.

Ideal candidates hold EPA Type II or Universal certification, HVAC troubleshooting experience, a CPO certification, and a valid Texas driver’s license; benefits include health,

Qualifications

• EPA Type II or Universal certification required.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid Texas driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Turn work orders across apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Support pool and grounds as needed and participate in on-call rotation.
• Handle after-hours calls with the Service Manager backup.
• Assist with make-ready and turnover to maintain occupancy.
