Job summary

Candidate should have at least three years of apartment maintenance experience, with duties spanning make-readies, repairs, and preventive maintenance across multiple trades.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal or Type 2 certification is required.
• Strong HVAC skills and knowledge of related components.
• Valid Driver's License with state minimum auto insurance.
• Willingness to participate in biweekly on-call rotation.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Three years of apartment maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist make-ready units; troubleshoot minor AC/heating issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Repair and replace HVAC components and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in safety inspections and maintain logs.
• Respond to after-hours and emergency work orders.
• Maintain inventory and document work orders and make-ready status.
