Morgan Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 308-unit community in Alexandria, VA. You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, perform routine upkeep, and respond to service tickets while delivering excellent resident service.

The role offers weekday hours, on-call duties, and benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) with company match and paid time off.

Qualifications

HVAC troubleshooting, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing basics.
Clear communication with residents and staff is essential.
One year of related maintenance experience or equivalent training.
EPA/CFC certification preferred for HVAC work.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
Maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards and legal requirements.
Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets and keep residents informed.
Communicate clearly with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates.
