Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Philadelphia to manage service tickets, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare vacant apartments for move‑ins. This role emphasizes resident satisfaction and building upkeep, with on‑call responsibilities for after hours emergencies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair, plus reliable transportation and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades.
• Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency situations including on-call rotation.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with software and apps.

Responsibilities

• Showing care and concern for our residents through excellence in service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance.
• Resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Preparing vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Preserving the beauty of the building and the safety of the community through general upkeep and cleanliness, snow removal and grounds maintenance.
• Providing residents with outstanding customer service.
• Working weekends or evenings and being on call for after hour emergencies.
