Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, preparing apartments for turnover, and on-call coverage for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades.
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• On-call rotation availability.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds frequently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional appearance.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service ticket resolution and preventive maintenance.
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover work.
• Maintain building safety and cleanliness, including snow removal.
• Deliver exceptional resident service.
• Be on weekends/evenings and respond to after-hour emergencies.
