Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in McDonough, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our residential property team. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems across our apartment communities, and install new appliances as needed.

The role requires at least 1 year of related maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. HVAC certs are strongly preferred and after-hours on-call availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on-call after hours.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems; install appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain exterior of property to preserve curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA, safety and environmental regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
