Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Roswell, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across apartment communities, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical work. You will install new appliances as needed and complete resident service orders promptly.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, and HVAC certification or EPA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC knowledge with preferred HVAC certification.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• May require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment systems (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and comply with safety laws.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
