Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in McDonough, GA is hiring a Make Ready technician responsible for repairs and readiness of apartment homes. You will troubleshoot systems, install appliances, and maintain curb appeal to ensure resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, HVAC knowledge (cert preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs and be on-call for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related property maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair knowledge of HVAC systems; HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community.
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Maintain exterior for curb appeal to keep property attractive.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
