Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You will perform repairs across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems, install appliances, and keep resident service orders on schedule.

We value hands-on problem solving, reliability, and clear communication with residents and team members. A valid driver’s license and 1 year of related experience are preferred; HVAC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC troubleshooting skills; HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment community systems including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical; install appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain exterior property surroundings for curb appeal.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and safety laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
