Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair apartment systems, install appliances, and maintain curb appeal. You will respond to resident service requests promptly and follow OSHA safety rules while performing duties across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

The role requires 1+ year of related experience, a high school diploma, and HVAC knowledge with certification preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC troubleshooting and repairs experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment community systems (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed and ensure timely completion of resident service requests.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and property cleanliness.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
