Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing, drywall/painting, and safety procedures required.
• HappyCo and Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing.
• Track inventory and return unused items; notify supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Document work requests accurately for proper tracking.
• Assist in maintaining grounds and common areas through cleaning and light maintenance.
• Support cost-saving by repairing components rather than replacing them.
