Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience required.
• Experience with HVAC and appliance repair preferred.
• Comfort using property management software and handling work orders, inspections, and daily maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs per policies, safety standards, and codes.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacants for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and scheduling needed repairs.
• Manages materials and tools usage, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Completes documentation promptly to record service requests.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, cleans areas, and performs painting or minor upkeep as needed.
• Supports cost-saving by fixing rather than replacing parts and proper tool use.
