Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide skilled repair and preventive maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances at our Katy, TX properties. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and report to the Property Manager.

This is a full-time on-site role requiring a valid driver's license, ability to lift heavy objects, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations. EPA certification preferred and must be obtained if required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must have effective time management skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to communicate clearly with the residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days with turnover checklists.
• Maintain common areas (cleaning, trash, cleaning windows, etc.).
• Monitor exterior building conditions (roof, siding, shutters, etc.).
• Assist with preventive maintenance program and inventory of tools/equipment.
• Follow safety rules and keep work area clean and orderly.
