Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.
• Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, appliances and related systems.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, pressure washing, window cleaning).
• Inspect building exterior and roof, siding, shutters for issues.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance program within area of responsibility.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of equipment and structures.
• Record newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly; observe safety rules.
• Willing to work on-call hours.
