Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the property buildings and grounds in good repair and to prepare vacants for occupancy. The role requires hands-on maintenance, tool proficiency, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities include daily repairs, inventory management, and on-call availability. Full-time, with competitive hourly pay and benefits described by AMC.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance with property uniform.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
