Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is a leader in the property management industry. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the property buildings and grounds well maintained and operational.

The role includes preparing vacant units, maintaining supplies, and ensuring safety compliance. Responsibilities include on-call maintenance, snow/ice removal, lock-outs handling, and proactive communication with residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance/handyman work.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and upkeep of property and vacant unit prep.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure tools are on hand and shop secured.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances.
• Maintain professional uniform and appearance.
• Follow OSHA standards and safety policies.
• On-call availability for service requests.
• Respond to evictions and 24-hour maintenance calls.
