Job summary
Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property operations and upkeep of buildings and grounds. You will handle daily repairs and prepare vacants for occupancy.
Requirements include operating power tools, basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge, and handyman experience. On-call availability and adherence to OSHA standards are expected.

- Property maintenance/handyman experience
Responsibilities
- Daily repair and upkeep of property and vacant units
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Ensure necessary tools are on hand
- Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
- Maintain professional appearance and uniform
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies
- On-call availability
- Secure maintenance shops after hours
- Snow/ice removal as needed
- Handle lock-outs and 24-hour service responses
