Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the property buildings and grounds in good condition. You will perform repairs, prep vacant units for occupancy, and ensure safety and cleanliness on site.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, plus experience with hand tools and a professional appearance. On-call duties and adherence to OSHA policies are expected.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing or electrical knowledge is required.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property and prep vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure tools are on hand and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be on-call and respond to service requests as needed.
• Secure maintenance areas at day end and assist with snow removal when required.
