Brookside Properties’ Port Royal Townhomes in Spring Hill, TN is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems to keep our community running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• HVAC experience required; EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred.
• Previous apartment or multifamily housing maintenance experience.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Basic hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physically able to walk the property, climb ladders and stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Apartment Maintenance: Perform routine and emergency maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems
• Service Requests: Address resident maintenance requests and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
• Property Care: Maintain the property grounds, buildings, and amenities to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Inventory & Tools: Manage and maintain maintenance tools and supplies
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
