Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Keltonwood at Berewick in Charlotte, NC to perform interior and exterior upkeep and respond to resident requests with a strong focus on safety and service.

The role requires reliable hands-on maintenance across multiple trades and effective communication with residents and staff. Responsibilities include routine repairs, painting, HVAC and basic electrical work, and coordination with vendors to maintain the community’s quality standards

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on community staffing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance as scheduled or requested.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authorization before entering units.
• Keep maintenance items in a safe area to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, and related tasks.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements and maintain regular attendance.
