Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility.
• Basic repair skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff.
• Report malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Follow safety/OSHA requirements and maintain clean work areas.
• Coordinate with vendors for tasks like landscaping or painting.
