Job summary

SNS Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Augusta Square Apartments (144 units) in the Greater Cincinnati area. This onsite role supports day-to-day upkeep to keep residents safe and comfortable with hands-on problem solving and timely response to work orders.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC repair skills, and the ability to document work in Appfolio. A valid driver's license is required; EPA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
• HVAC repair experience is required.
• Valid driver's license.
• EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance).
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections across the property.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of buildings and grounds.
• Communicate clearly with residents about service updates.
• Document all work completed in Appfolio.
