Job summary

Morgan Properties in Cincinnati is hiring a On-site Service Technician to ensure apartment community meets standards and laws. You will troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, and respond to tickets.

Requires a valid driver’s license and vehicle; HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred; 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates.
