SNS Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Augusta Square Apartments (144 units) in the Greater Cincinnati area. This onsite role supports day-to-day upkeep to keep residents safe and comfortable with hands-on problem solving and timely response to work orders.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC repair skills, and the ability to document work in Appfolio. A valid driver's license is required; EPA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Technician Role at Augusta Square Apartments (144 units)

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day functionality and upkeep of our communities. This is a hands‑on role for individuals who take pride in their work, solve problems quickly, and ensure residents have a safe, well‑maintained place to call home.

• This position is dedicated to service and preventative maintenance; keeping properties running smoothly and addressing issues before they escal

What You'll Do (Your Maintenance Skillset):

• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general repairs)
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections across the property
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of buildings and grounds
• Communicate clearly & respectfully with residents on service updates
• Accurately document all work completed in Appfolio, our property management software

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ year of maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• HVAC repair experience is required
• Strong reliability and accountability
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Basic communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Experience:

• EPA Certification

Work Environment, Travel & Physical Requirements

• Onsite role supporting 1 main community at Augusta Square Apartments
• Occasional travel to additional local communities within 10 miles
• Must be able to walk properties, climb stairs, and work indoors/outdoors
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Flexible office hours between 8AM-6PM (8 hour shift)
