Job summary

Aspen Square Management in Monroe, OH is seeking a versatile Jack-of-all-Trades technician to join our maintenance team. You will complete work orders and perform routine HVAC maintenance.

Prepare apartments for new residents, collaborate with maintenance and office staff, and uphold property standards while preserving curb appeal and delivering excellent resident service. The role requires 3+ years maintenance experience, EPA licensure, HVAC hands-on expertise, a valid driver's license, own

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience; property management background is a plus
• EPA licensure is required
• Hands-on HVAC systems expertise
• Must be able to participate in on-call rotations as scheduled
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; own hand tools required
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems and perform repairs
• Prepare apartments for new residents and complete punch lists
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Maintain the property's curb appeal and overall appearance
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• All other duties as assigned
