Job summary

This full-time role requires 2-3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and EPA certification highly desired.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of prior maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification highly desired.
• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance required.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests for service and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC and related systems.
• Repair or install fixtures, appliances, and access doors as needed.
• Maintain health and safety standards across properties.
• Assist with seasonal maintenance and on-call duties.
