Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance duties across our communities. You will repair, service, and maintain equipment, respond to resident requests, and uphold safety standards to ensure a high-quality living environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, and mechanical systems knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and equipment upkeep as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authorization before entering units.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions; coordinate with vendors as needed.
