Tarantino Properties, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Tech to ensure the upkeep of Latitude 2976 Apartments and grounds through routine tasks and work orders.

The role covers preparing move-in ready apartments, responding to resident requests, and performing maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry as needed. Ideal candidates have basic HVAC knowledge, experience with apartment make-ready, and a commitment to safety and superior resident service.

Qualifications

• HVAC systems, furnaces and plumbing knowledge expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Market Ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities for safety and operation.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and performs scheduled tasks.
• Dresses per Tarantino appearance standards and safeguards tools and equipment.

Description

Latitude 2976 Apartments is currently seeking a Maintenance Tech to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Market Ready apartments, which include painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping duties, and any necessary duties to provide our residents with that quality move in experience.
• Responds to resident requests in a timely manner and with a professional attitude.
• Has knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, general carpentry skills, painting, and snow removal (if applicable).
• Maintains grounds, pools/ hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to keep clean, operational, and safe for our residents.
• Reports any maintenance concerns on vacant units, models, and common areas, to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Performs maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance supervisor.
• Knowledgeable of state, local, and federal fair housing laws.
• Performs duties as assigned, in a timely manner.
• Delivers superior customer service and represents the company in a professional manner at all times.
• Dresses per Tarantino appearance standards.
• Maintains and safeguards all company tools and equipment.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• HVAC (EPA) certification preferred
• Pool certification preferred
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing
• Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems
• Must have high experience and good team building relationships.
