The Wren Apartments, managed by Tarantino Properties, Inc., is seeking a Maintenance Tech to handle maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds.

The role involves completing work orders, making-ready tasks, basic HVAC and plumbing repairs, pool equipment maintenance, and on-call responses to emergencies. A dependable, proactive candidate with diverse maintenance skills is desired.

Qualifications

• HVAC, furnaces and plumbing basics required.
• Experience with apartment maintenance and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks and unit preparation.
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces and AC.
• Identify and fix plumbing leaks and minor pipe repairs.
• Maintain pool equipment and safety standards.
• Assist with general property upkeep including preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests on on-call rotation.
• Dependable, proactive team member able to handle varied tasks.

The Wren Apartments is currently seeking a Maintenance Tech to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders.

Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs
• Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation
• This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.

Requirements

• HVAC (EPA) certification preferred
• Pool certification preferred
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing
• Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems
