Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities in Herriman and surrounding areas.

You’ll handle routine maintenance, respond to service requests promptly, and contribute to resident satisfaction through hands-on repairs and preventative care. You’ll work with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance systems, using a range of hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience repairing and/ or maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating/air systems, pools.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, multitask, team player with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on general maintenance experience preferred.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on‑call responsibility for after‑hours emergencies

Benefits and Pay Range :

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - 23.68 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!

Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
