Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities in Tucson. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs across units and common areas, ensuring resident satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience, skilled with tools, and strong customer service. The role requires flexibility for weekends and on-call emergencies, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

From HVAC systems to plumbing repairs and cosmetic enhancements, Maintenance Technicians are vital in ensuring resident satisfaction.
