Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas in our communities in Oceanside, CA.

You will respond to resident requests quickly, troubleshoot multiple trades, and uphold the Wasatch brand with an owner mindset. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in repairing and/or maintaining electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems, pools.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests within 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
• Maintain Wasatch brand and ownership mindset.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

From HVAC systems to plumbing repairs and cosmetic enhancements, Maintenance Technicians are vital in ensuring resident satisfaction.
