Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Renton, WA to perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartment communities.

You’ll respond to resident service requests quickly, troubleshoot a range of systems, and uphold the Wasatch standard of customer care. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience, can operate hand and power tools, and work well both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in repairing and/or maintaining at least most of the following: Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Appliances, Flooring, Carpentry, Heating and air systems, Pools.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
