Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities with a hands-on approach. You will perform routine maintenance, respond quickly to resident requests, and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.

The role emphasizes a detail-oriented, customer-focused mindset and teamwork. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of maintenance experience, comfortable with tools, and the ability to multitask across tasks while upholding

• Experience repairing/maintaining electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating/air systems, pools.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following:
  • Electrical Systems
  • Plumbing
  • Appliances
  • Flooring
  • Carpentry
  • Heating and air systems
  • Pools
• Detail‑oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on‑call responsibility for after‑hours emergencies

Benefits and Pay Range :

The pay range for this position is $17.05 - 23.07 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!

Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, and qualifications.
