Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine repairs across apartment units and common areas.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks and respond to resident service requests promptly. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience, can operate hand and power tools, and communicates clearly with residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year hands-on maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience repairing/maintaining electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating/air systems, and pools.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following: Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Appliances, Flooring, Carpentry, Heating and air systems, Pools.
• Detail‑oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on‑call responsibility for after‑hours emergencies.
