Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs across apartment units and common areas.

You will respond quickly to resident service requests, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting issues, and uphold our brand standards with a strong owner-minded approach. This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, teamwork, and exceptional communication with residents and teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience repairing/maintaining Electrical, Plumbing, Appliances, Carpentry, HVAC, and related systems.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Superior customer service skills and strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and rotating on-call after-hours emergencies.

From HVAC systems to plumbing repairs and cosmetic enhancements, Maintenance Technicians are vital in ensuring resident satisfaction. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.

What we're looking for:

Benefits and Pay Range:

Benefits and Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $17.50 - 23.68 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential! Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, and qualifications.
