Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to care for the campus grounds, building, and equipment while ensuring safety and resident satisfaction. You’ll support the Maintenance Department in line with federal and state standards, and assist with bus transportation as needed.

The role emphasizes proactive upkeep, daily rounds, and coordinated teamwork within a health campus setting, with opportunities for growth and stable, comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely.
• Meets all state requirements for transporting residents, including proper licensing and certifications.
• For Kentucky applicants: Must complete a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical before providing transportation service.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs as needed on equipment, building and grounds.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible to maintain the grounds, building, and equipment of our Health Campus in a safe and effective manner to ensure the health, welfare, safety, and satisfaction of our residents, as well as organize, develop, and assist with the direction of the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our health campus, and as may be instructed by the Executive Director.
