Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support The Waymark properties in delivering safe, clean, and well-maintained living spaces. You will handle resident requests, make-ready tasks, and routine upkeep to uphold Greystar’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience painting, carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional and well-dressed with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests and perform repairs in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing, completing make-ready tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and scheduling as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
• Support cost-control by fixing instead of replacing parts when possible.
