Job summary

The Waymark, a Greystar property, has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician. You will perform technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas at Greystar properties in top condition.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making apartments ready for new residents, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. Benefits include housing discounts, cell phone allowance, and bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.
• Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs).
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing the make-ready process.
• Maintain exterior buildings and parking areas clean and safe.
• Assist with vendor management and other duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment.
