Arlington Properties is hiring a Maintenance Service Technician to prep, repair, and maintain apartments and common areas. You’ll fix HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and paint units, while keeping grounds inviting and attending to preventative maintenance.

The role supports on-call shifts, snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks, contributing to a safe, well-maintained community. You’ll join a hands-on, supportive team with on-going training and opportunities to grow in maintenance and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members.

Responsabilités

• Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile.
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Pitch in with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks.
• Stay alert and on-call for emergency maintenance needs.
• Work safely, efficiently, and with pride.
