Job summary

You’ll help keep grounds inviting, support preventative maintenance, and pitch in with seasonal tasks. On-call shifts may be required, and safety is a top priority as you help residents feel at home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC.
• Ability to work independently and with residents in a friendly, professional manner.
• EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders promptly with skill, urgency.
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, appliances.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections.
• On-call for emergency maintenance needs.
