Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to prepare vacant apartments, address work orders, and perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC support. You will maintain outdoor spaces, assist with preventative tasks, and support seasonal duties to keep properties inviting and safe.

The role requires hands-on skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill and urgency.
• Perform general maintenance: light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, appliance repair.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
