Job summary

Greystar in Williston, ND, is seeking a Service Technician to ensure buildings and common areas meet safety and cleanliness standards. The role involves diagnosing issues, completing work orders, and performing preventative maintenance for residential properties.

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs per policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Ability to complete the make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling tasks.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts and related equipment on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventive maintenance.
• Finish make-ready tasks for vacant apartments, including inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory, document usage, and notify supervisor when re-ordering supplies.
• Assist in maintaining grounds and common areas, clean as needed, and help with painting or repairs.
• Follow safety policies, attend training, and report incidents promptly.
