Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our communities in Maryland. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of interiors and exteriors under supervision, ensuring safety and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include responding to repair requests, coordinating with vendors, and abiding by safety standards. Ability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends is required; HVAC knowledge and certifications may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in many communities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work on Weekdays, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment maintenance as scheduled
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns promptly
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain authorization before entering apartments
• Keep maintenance items in safe areas to prevent injuries
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned
• Coordinate with vendors for tasks like landscaping, painting, asphalt work
• Follow all safetyOSHA requirements
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
