Maryland Management Company is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities across Maryland. Responsibilities include completing resident work orders, turnovers, after-hours on-call maintenance, snow removal, and following safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has HVAC certification (preferred), strong basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills, reliable transportation, and own tools.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred.
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have your own tools.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Completion of resident work orders.
• Apartment turnovers.
• Emergency on-call maintenance after hours.
• Snow removal.
• Follow safety procedures while performing duties.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
