Olympus Property in South Jordan, UT is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair apartment homes and facilities. The role involves plumbing, carpentry, HVAC maintenance, and appliance repair to meet Olympus standards.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and keeping the maintenance shop organized. A full-time schedule (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, with emergency availability) is required.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or an EPA/HVAC license.
• Available full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (hours may vary).
• Willingness to respond to emergencies as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance requests with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, etc.
• Preventative maintenance and diagnosis on HVAC units, replacing filters, and cleaning coils
• Repair and replace kitchen appliances and related fixtures (refrigerators, stoves, washers/dryers, ovens, microwaves)
• Minor to moderate plumbing repairs, replacements, and installation
• Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches
• Track service requests and maintenance work in software systems
• Assist in grounds, common areas, pools, and interior maintenance as needed
• Collaborate with Lead Maintenance Technician on priorities
